Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Optional expedited shipping may be offered at checkout for certain destinations or orders. If expedited shipping is available, the price and delivery estimate will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Taxes, duties, VAT, and other import charges, if applicable, are handled as described at checkout or according to destination-country requirements.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times depend on your destination, product availability, shipping method, and fulfillment location.

Our estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–20 business days after shipment
  • Canada: 10–25 business days after shipment
  • United Kingdom: 8–20 business days after shipment
  • European Union: 8–25 business days after shipment
  • Australia and New Zealand: 8–25 business days after shipment
  • Other international destinations: 10–30 business days after shipment

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, local delivery conditions, product availability, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If a product page, checkout page, or order confirmation provides a different shipping estimate, that estimate will apply to your order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to selected countries and regions. Available shipping destinations may vary depending on the product, shipping carrier, warehouse location, and local restrictions.

If we are unable to ship to your address after you place an order, we will contact you with available options, which may include canceling the order and issuing a refund.

Fulfillment Locations and Split Shipments

Some products may ship from domestic or international fulfillment partners. As a result, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and may be delivered at different times.

You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees for split shipments. If you selected an optional expedited shipping method, the checkout terms for that method will apply.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

If your tracking number has not updated for several days, this does not always mean the package is lost. It may still be moving through the carrier network or customs.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to process and ship orders within the estimated timeframes provided. However, delays may occur due to factors outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volume, incorrect shipping information, local delivery disruptions, or supply-chain delays.

If we become aware that your order cannot be shipped within the stated processing timeframe, or within the timeframe required by applicable law where no timeframe was stated, we will contact you with available options. These options may include waiting for the delayed shipment or canceling the order for a refund.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country or local authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges that may apply to their order unless otherwise required by law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at tsking.huang@gmail.com.

We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed or shipped. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check your mailbox, porch, front desk, parcel locker, delivery area, and with others at your address before contacting us.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us at tsking.huang@gmail.com. We will review the situation and may ask you to contact the carrier for more information.

Damaged Packages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at tsking.huang@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos or videos of the item
  • photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and help resolve it according to our Refund Policy. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, failure to pay customs charges, or failure to collect the package from the carrier, it may be returned to the sender or disposed of by the carrier.

If the package is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in that situation.
