We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an approved return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn if applicable, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the email address used to place the order
  • the reason for the return
  • photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may provide a prepaid return label or offer another appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.

For approved non-defective returns, including change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Standard shipping is free on all orders. If you selected an optional paid expedited shipping method, that expedited shipping charge is generally non-refundable once the order has shipped, except where required by law or where the issue is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at tsking.huang@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution. In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • items not in their original packaging
  • personalized or customized products
  • gift cards
  • digital products
  • final sale items
  • hygiene-related pet products that have been opened or used, unless defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • food-related, grooming, or cleaning products that have been opened or used, unless defective, damaged, or incorrect

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, once approved, and place a separate order for the new item.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at tsking.huang@gmail.com.

We will do our best to help. However, once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn if applicable, with tags if applicable, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
